How do I buy?
You can buy products from our store by ordering online, by phone or by email.
Selection of desired products
When you have found a product you want to buy, press the Add to cart or Buy now button. You will then be automatically directed to the shopping cart viewing page, where you have the option to view the list of products in the cart, change the quantities you want to purchase or cancel one, more or all of the products in the cart. To return to the site and add other products to the basket, press the Continue shopping button.
Your order is successfully completed when the proforma invoice corresponding to your order is displayed (and sent by e-mail) with the status "Confirming". When the order is processed, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the new status of the order "Order confirmed".
The conclusion of the remote contract takes place at the time of issuing the fiscal invoice and not at the launch of the order or the issuance of the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order.
With the help of the entered username and password, you can log in to see the history of orders or the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile or make subsequent orders without re-entering your contact details.
Shipping information
To complete the order, fill in the delivery data or if you already have an account, press the Login button, fill in the email address you registered with and the password, press the Access account button and the data will be updated automatically. If you are a new customer, you will have to fill in the delivery data first, by completing the registration form present on the page. This process will not take you more than 1-2 minutes, after which you will be able to move on to the next step. If the information for billing is different from the information for delivery, select the option Complete a new billing address by selecting Individual or Legal Person and enter the desired information. After making sure that you agree with the Terms and Conditions, press the Continue button to proceed to the next step. If you want to change something in the order, you can click on Back to cart.
Shipping information
To place the order, check the Order Summary, choose the desired Delivery Method and Payment Method and use the Remarks field, which allows you to send any additional information.
Depending on the characteristics of your order and the available options, you may then be asked to choose a certain delivery method, which may be associated with certain transport costs. You will be able to view the value of the delivery costs before finalizing the order.

How do I pay?
The payment of the order can be made online with the card, payment order or cash (reimbursement to the courier or cash on delivery).
Delivery
The products will be delivered via the fast courier company or by own means.
FREE for orders of at least 250 lei VAT included, for the rest of the orders the transport is calculated depending on the chosen courier and the payment method.
CAREFUL:
if you ordered the 9 m TELESCOPIC TAIL, even if you choose the Sameday or Urgent Cargus courier, it will be sent via Fancourier because Sameday and Cargus do not have vans that can pick up/deliver a 300 cm parcel.
